At Red Land Cotton, we take pride in our farm-to-home quality and offer a 30-day return window for unwashed and unused linens to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely pleased with your heirloom-quality bedding or towels, we are here to make the return or exchange process seamless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Linens

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring the package is securely sealed and the new label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
